Since 2017, the UC San Diego Center for Epigenomics (C4E) has been pioneering understanding of the human genome — a relatively untapped source of biological insight. Our state-of-the-art platforms for high-throughput, single-cell, and functional/spatial analysis are at the forefront of epigenomic research, but underlying the groundbreaking discoveries emerging from our laboratories is the expertise of our highly regarded researchers and bioinformaticians — the real “secret sauce” for scientific discovery.
The Associate Member Program at C4E offers a unique opportunity to be part of our work to understand the epigenetic mechanisms that influence gene expression and genome function. As a member of our C4E Associate’s Program, you will be at the forefront of scientific discovery, contributing to the precision medicine pipeline for targeting cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease and beyond. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies and collaborative research, together we can unlock new insights into human biology and disease.
